2026 Rendezvous Request for Proposals

Thank you for your interest in facilitating a Breakout Session or delivering a FRED (Fresh, Relevant, Educational, and Dynamic) Talk at the 2026 Rendezvous.

Rendezvous offers a unique learning experience which promotes the exploration and sharing of best practices for legacy families, families in business and collaboration among advisors and consultants. If you’d like to help us build on the tradition of valuable, unique, and innovative learning, we’d encourage you to submit a proposal to be considered as a breakout session facilitator or deliver a FRED talk.

2026 Theme: Cultivating Humanity: Flourishing in a Complex World

More than ever, families and enterprises are faced with unprecedented complexity. On the path to flourishing, what they need most is not better strategy or more information—it’s a more human approach.

This theme invites us to cultivate the uniquely human qualities that no technology can replace: wisdom, empathy, discernment, creativity, emotional intelligence, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the courage to navigate ambiguity. When we strengthen these essential capacities and reconnect with purpose, we can untangle the webs of complexity and unlock forms of wealth rooted in wellbeing and flourishing.

Please review the Request for Proposals Document prior to completing the form below to submit your breakout session or FRED Talk proposal to the reviewing committee. We do ask that you only submit one proposal for consideration per session type due to the large number of session proposals we receive.

The deadline for submissions is January 12, 2026.

Breakout Session Proposal Form

Breakout sessions at Rendezvous are 75 minutes and should center on interaction, shared learning, and experiential engagement rather than presentation. We welcome interdisciplinary, collaborative facilitation teams and encourage proposals that clearly describe the interactive elements, learning experience, and thought leadership that will shape the session.

FRED Talk Proposal Form

FRED Talks offer a mainstage opportunity to share one Fresh, Relevant, Educational, and Dynamic idea with the full Rendezvous audience in a captivating 15 minute presentation.  Proposals should focus on a single compelling idea tied to this year’s theme, Cultivating Humanity: Flourishing in a Complex World, and demonstrate emotional resonance, originality, and an engaging delivery style.
