Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
 

Refunds for Membership

  • Annual Plan – Annual subscribers beyond their trial period are entitled to a prorated refund for their fully unused months within the first 30 days of signup or within the first 30 days after annual renewal. There are no refunds on annual plans after the first 30 days of each membership period.
  • Monthly Plan – We do not offer refunds on our monthly plan after the trial period has expired.

 

Refunds for Virtual Events (Purposeful Planning Symposium)

Refunds generally will not be provided because most, if not all, of the programming will be recorded and made available to attendees at no additional cost.
 

Refunds for Live Events (Rendezvous, Workshops, etc.)

Rendezvous: You may cancel your registration for a full refund if requested prior to or on June 1st. If there are compelling reasons (such as health or family emergencies), refunds after June 1st may be given less a $100 per registration processing fee.
 

Non-Transferability Policy

Individual memberships and event registrations are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual. Each is intended solely for the original registrant and cannot be shared or transferred. For questions or assistance, please feel free to contact us.
