Over the past year, we’ve hosted quarterly Town Halls to keep our members informed, connected, and engaged as we concluded our transition to being a non-profit entity. As we continue these gatherings, we’re evolving the format and placing greater emphasis on connection, conversation, and peer engagement, with more time dedicated to small group interaction. This shift from Town Hall to Community Forum is designed to create a more meaningful and engaging experience, offering members the opportunity to build relationships, exchange ideas, and strengthen connections across the PPI community. We hope you’ll join us.

The Importance of Tailored Advisory for the Modern Family will explore a shared but often unspoken dynamic in advisory relationships: the experience of disenfranchisement felt by both clients and advisors when traditional frameworks fall short. At the heart of the conversation is the recognition that today’s “modern family” often extends beyond conventional definitions—yet advisory models have been slow to evolve. This is particularly evident in the experiences of LGBTQ high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, where quantitative data remains limited and industry knowledge gaps persist. While many are served by existing financial providers, these relationships can lack the depth of understanding required to navigate nuanced family structures, historical context, and current challenges. The absence of a centralized network of LGBTQ-informed advisors further underscores the need for more intentional, tailored approaches.
