Despite historical oppression and disenfranchisement, diverse enterprising families have developed critical strategies for building generational legacy that intersect with the eight dimensions of wellness.  Through interviews we attempt to shed light on the pace in which unique cultural families are progressing, regardless of historical and economically marginalized wealth gaps.  We examine families individually, as well as holistic activities, behaviors and expectations that can contribute to success. We also focus on the meaning of wellness and steps taken to maintain one’s wellness, while leading a family business.
