Guest Speaker(s):
Lindsay Pope, Purposeful Planning & Trusts, PPI Dean of The Trustscape
Host:
John A. Warnick, Esq., Founder, Purposeful Planning Institute

Trusts are designed for beneficiaries to benefit.  However, the trust design process is more often weighted more toward the needs of grantors than beneficiaries.  In this webinar, Lindsay Pope, PPI’s new Dean of the Trustscape will consider ways a trustee can positively influence outcomes for beneficiaries in trust systems where no purposeful intention has been expressed.  Lindsay will shine a light on the trusteeship function and share observations on ways a more qualitative style of trusteeship can enhance outcomes not only for beneficiaries but also for trustees.
