An interactive workshop designed for 8 to 12 professionals that covers the Seven Keys of Purposeful Trusts and allows participants to gain hands-on experience through visioning exercises and stories that can bring the power of these keys to our clients. This workshop is for both planners and attorneys.
A Two Hour CLE on The Uses of Trust Protectors, Special Trustees and Decanting Powers and Statutes. You will learn the history of the role of the trust protector and hear about how the pioneering concepts of “Rigid Flexibility” and “Trust Compasses” make it easier to help clients understand the value of a trust protector. The workshop will highlight the difference between fiduciary and nonfiduciary roles for the trust protector and review the pros and cons of the active versus stand-by models for trust protectors.
Purposeful Retirement – This workshop will cover ways in which attorneys, CPAs and other trusted advisors are finding ways to continue to contribute meaningfully after retirement from their firm.
