Refunds for Membership
- Annual Plan – Annual subscribers beyond their trial period are entitled to a prorated refund for their fully unused months within the first 60 days of signup or within the first 60 days after annual renewal. There are no refunds on annual plans after the first 60 days of each membership period.
- Monthly Plan – We do not offer refunds on our monthly plan after the trial period has expired.
Refunds for Workshops
Refunds for cancellations generally will not be provided. However, if you are not able to attend the workshop and would like to apply your registration fees to a future event or have the materials mailed to you please contact us at 303-256-6300.
Refunds for Event Registration
2017 Rendezvous & Fusion Collaboration: Refunds will be provided less a $50 per registration cancellation fee for any cancellations received by May 31st, 2017. Because of the costs associated with processing refunds, these fees will be charged regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Refunds for cancellations received after May 31st, 2017, generally will not be provided because firm commitments will already have been made for food and other costs. If there are compelling reasons (such as health or family emergencies) refunds after May 31st, 2017 may be given less a $100 per registration processing fee.
If a refund is granted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
