David R. York, Esq., CPA

David R. York, Esq. CPA is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Salt Lake City law firm York Howell & Guymon. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing advanced tax and estate planning strategies for high net worth clients, along with non-profit and business planning counsel. Tina Lovejoy is the Director of Entrusted Planning at estate planning law firm York, Howell & Guymon in Salt Lake City, Utah. She facilitates core values sessions and workshops for individuals, families, businesses, and non-profits. Tina draws from her background in writing, marketing, and opera to help high capacity families and businesses unearth their core values through a language lens. She then helps clients integrate their themes into their estate planning, charitable giving, business succession planning, and team building efforts.
