Mastery Program: The Key of Guidance – How to Purposefully Select and Guide Trustees, P.R.s, and Guardians
June 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT
Parents and grandparents with young children and young grandchildren have a tremendous opportunity to create a positive and sustainable legacy. Most of our clients spend more time and energy picking babysitters, leaving instructions for those they are entrusting their child to for an evening or a weekend, and providing an orientation of tasks and routines, then they do selecting guardians, trustees or personal representatives or leaving them thoughtful guidance. And many grandparents worry about how they can leave more than money to their loved ones. This session will explore exercises and processes we can assist our clients with to not just close that gap but to feel really good about the legacy they are creating. This isn’t just about what goes into a will or trust, who will be appointed as fiduciaries and how much money (and when) you want your child/grandchild to receive. It’s about the human side of planning and the emotional legacy we can help our clients create.
This session is for PPI members who have signed up for the 2019/20 Purposeful Trusts & Gifts Mastery Program. Contact us for more information or to register.
